Smithcraft was engaged by our client to maximize the yield for this property while minimizing the need for below grade parking for an underused property in Okanagan Falls, BC. 

Project Scope

Smithcraft carefully used the natural slope of the property and the zoning rules to develop a strategy that would allow for the required residential and commercial parking that our client was looking for.

The Result

The result was a simple but dynamic form that took advantage of the views to the lakeshore while meeting all the regulatory requirements and provided the necessary uses that the client required to make this project a profitable endeavour.
