COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTURE
Sooke, BC
We were approached by a project management company to provide architectural services for a client who wanted to fit out three units in a purpose-built cannabis facility on Vancouver Island to take advantage of the government deregulation of the cannabis industry.
Project Scope
Smithcraft was able to help the client provide three identical units and maximize the canopy production and meet all the restrictive government requirements for such a facility.
The Result
Our client has been so happy with our management of the process and our design skills that they are planning to engage us once again for additional units in another building in the park. Having a satisfied client who wishes repeat business is the ultimate compliment for our service. We strive for repeat clients with every project we engage.
